It’s National School Lunch Week! DBFE is celebrating this nation-wide cause, in an effort to promote the success of our students in school by eating healthy meals and encouraging physical activity.

The U.S. is fortunate to have a
federally funded National School Lunch Program that serves more than 29.6 million students daily. For some, this lunch is the most nutritious meal of the day.

Lunch varies by region. Here is a sample of the Southeast's lunch menu items.
