Tell Us About Your GrandChampions!

The Office of Community Engagement is pleased to announce the launch of GrandChampions, a district-wide initiative to engage grandparents in their grandchildren’s education and to recognize them for their involvement.

To kick-off this initiative, an essay contest on the theme “Tell Us What Makes Your Grand So Great!” is open to all M-DCPS K-12 students. Click here for contest regulations and criteria and submission form.

• The top essay-contest entry in each of three divisions (elementary, middle, senior high) will receive a prize package of local experiences for six members of their family.
• Essay must be submitted by February 21, 2014.
